Every wall, every story
Dirt, mildew and black streaks build up on building exteriors, and in this climate they come back every year. A clean building looks better to customers and tenants, and it keeps growth from settling into the surface.
We wash single-story warehouses and multi-story offices, and we bring lifts to reach the upper floors. Painted walls, stucco and siding get a soft wash; brick, block and concrete can take more pressure. Before we start, the crew covers outdoor electrical fixtures and wets down the landscaping. We also take care of graffiti and awnings on the same visit.

Common questions
Can you reach the upper floors?
Yes. We use lifts to wash multi-story buildings safely.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance, are insured for commercial work, and can send a certificate of insurance.
Will washing damage our building?
No. Painted and soft surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash. We only use high pressure on surfaces that can take it.
