Concrete can take the pressure
Concrete, brick and pavers are porous. Dirt, mildew and oil soak in, and a garden hose won't touch them. Commercial-grade pressure equipment cleans them evenly, without the streaky stripes a rental washer leaves behind.
Clean concrete also lasts longer. Mildew keeps surfaces damp and slick, and slick walkways and pool decks are a fall risk.

About oil and rust stains
Fresh oil drips usually come up well. Old stains that have soaked in for years often lighten a lot but may not disappear completely. We'll tell you what to expect before we start.
“Dependable, friendly & they do an amazing job. My home and concrete shine. They took particular care around my windows & doors & worked magic on all of my concrete (and that was a lot) I highly recommend Tommy Ashley & his team.”
Common questions
Can pressure washing damage concrete?
Too much pressure held too close can etch it. We use surface cleaners and the right pressure for the surface so the finish comes out even.
Can you remove oil stains from my driveway?
Fresh stains usually come out. Old, deep stains often fade a lot but may leave a shadow. We'll be straight with you about it up front.
Should I seal my concrete after cleaning?
Sealing can help pavers and decorative concrete stay clean longer. Ask when you book and we'll talk it through.
