The whole outside of the house, done in one visit
A house wash covers more than siding. We clean the walls, trim and soffits with a soft wash, then switch to high pressure for the concrete: front walk, porch, patio and driveway if you want it. One visit, one crew, and every surface gets the method it can handle.
It's the fastest way to boost curb appeal before selling, before a family event, or after a long wet season leaves green on the north side of the house.
What a house wash covers
- Siding: vinyl, wood, Hardie board, brick
- Stucco and painted surfaces
- Soffits, fascia and trim
- Front porch and entry
- Patios and pool decks
- Sidewalks and walkways
- Fences and decks (add-on)
- Driveway (add-on)
Preparing for your house wash
Close windows and doors, move cars out of the driveway, and bring in anything fragile from the porch. Make sure we can reach an outdoor water spigot. You don't need to be home if we have access to the outside.
“They washed my house and did a great job I plan to have them back in a few weeks.”
Common questions
Will washing my house damage the siding?
No. Siding and painted surfaces are soft washed at low pressure. We only use high pressure on concrete and other hard surfaces.
How long does a house wash take?
Most homes are done in a few hours. Size, number of stories and how much growth there is all play a part.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can reach the outside of the house and a water spigot.
