Serving St. George and East Baton Rouge Parish
St. George is Louisiana's newest city, in the southeast part of East Baton Rouge Parish. Voters approved it in 2019, and the Louisiana Supreme Court cleared the way in 2024. The name on the map changed, but the work didn't: it's a short drive from our shop on O'Neal Lane, and we clean houses, roofs, driveways and commercial property across the city, from the neighborhoods off Jones Creek Road and Tiger Bend Road to the businesses along Siegen Lane and Airline Highway.
Shady lots and humid summers keep siding, fences and roofs damp, and that's where mildew and algae grow. A soft wash kills that growth at the root, and high pressure takes care of driveways and walkways. For businesses, we handle commercial pressure washing and parking lot striping.
Bayous, creeks and shade
St. George runs from the Mississippi River on the west to the Amite River on the east, with Bayou Manchac along the south and Jones Creek, Ward Creek and Bayou Fountain running through it. Ground near all that water stays damp, and older neighborhoods like Village St. George and Old Jefferson have big shade trees. Damp plus shade is exactly what turns north walls, fences and driveways green.
We soft wash siding and roofs so the growth dies at the root, pressure wash driveways and patios, and clean storefronts and lots for businesses along Airline Highway and Jefferson Highway.
