Denham Springs sits just east of Baton Rouge across the Amite River, and it's a short drive from our shop on O'Neal Lane. Built back after 2016
Denham Springs took the worst of the August 2016 flood. The Amite River crested nearly five feet above its old record, and about 90 percent of homes and businesses were damaged. Much of the town has been rebuilt since, so a lot of the siding, paint and concrete here is still fairly new.
New finishes deserve a gentle touch. We soft wash siding and painted trim instead of blasting them, and save high pressure for concrete. For the shops in the Antique Village on North Range Avenue, we wash storefronts and walkways before opening.
